What do I need to do to have Whiist display my photos in the right orientation? All of the photos in my albums display in landscape but some of them should be in portrait.

Hey, no problem. I believe the thumbnails are generated at least every time the folder contents change. Have you tried removing the picture showing up in the thumbnail? Also, it does look like it uses a fixed aspect ratio for the thumbnail images. There's a chance that the thumbnail generation puts the pics in this format automatically. Sorry if that doesn't help.

Thanks for the tip(s) here. Since you've obviously dug into the way Whiist does photo albums, maybe you have a solution for this one? When I updates photos (edited or rotated or whatever), they thumbnail doesn't change - it stays the same as when the pic was first added to the folder. Do you know where this info is stored and/or know of a good way to force it to regenerate the thumbnails? I was hoping that deleting one of the aspx files in the storage folder would cause it to regenerate & recreate the file, but no luck.

Thanks!

Have not found a free solution. I'm still using Video Redo Plus. On Andy VT's blog there is a new tool called: todvrms. http://babgvant.com/files/folders/eawmc/entry11362.aspx I haven't gotten that to work yet on my PC but I tried with a much earlier version. Please let me know if you have any luck.
